Mt. Rainier National Park

6 miles from the Crystal Mountain Ski Resort lies the north entrance to the Mt. Rainier National Park (elevation 14,411 ft). It takes you to the Sunrise Visitor's Center, at an elevation of 6,400 ft.  This visit was at the end of August of 2011.
